Into Africa saves the day

Thanks a bunch for your fast, flexible and friendly support regarding the shift of our CEC-incentive-group from April to October due to the volcanic-ash-problem!Our client and us are extremely relieved that all services could easily be removed to the new date in October. And we are especially grateful that all partners involved were quite accommodating so we could keep the cancellation cost rather moderate. This showed again how important it is to have a good DMC especially in a critical situation! As Into Africa has been in the market for a long time and keeps good relations with  the partners in the country, all problems were easily solved. This would certainly not have been the case if we had booked these services via internet!
