We are fortunate to have 3 international conference centres in Cape Town, Durban and Sandton, in addition to the facilities at Sun City. There are numerous hotels with quality conference space for smaller closed meetings. For a small board meeting away in a remote wilderness area, there are some superb locations.
We are well positioned from a systems viewpoint - running Shock Logic to assist us with the logistics involved in planning and running medium to larger sized conferences. Our services are available from registration to housing bureau or simply transport logistics, social programmes, gala dinners and pre and post tour planning and operations.
Our specialist team has designed conference planners which are available on request from either our Cape Town office or through our offices in the UK and Sweden. These planners are designed to help answer the questions and assist in the research involved in selecting a city for a conference.
We are more than happy to facilitate business meetings where assistance is required on the ground; liaising with sponsors and providing assistance with technical visits. We can also assist where necessary in sourcing local input into international meetings.
